Provided site planning and civil design for Crude Oil Central Processing Facility in Hassi Massoud, Algeria.

Conoco Additional Parking Lot
Houston, Texas
Designed a parking lot to accomodate over 300 cars. The lot is an addition to existing parking lots at the company headquarters.

Conoco HQ Parking Lots
Houston, Texas
Provided preliminary design information for drainage, flooding potentials and remedial solutions for the parking lots.

British Petroleum CPF
Colombia, South America
Provided site planning support and civil design support for Crude Oil Central Processing Facilities in 3 areas of the Yopal Region of Colombia, South America.

Conoco Aviation Facility Expansion, Houston George Bush Airport, Texas: Full Architectural and Enginerring Design of an expansion to the hangar, apron and the parking lot. The new hangar is 135x167 free span steel structure meeting all FAA and Houston Airport System requirement.

Cooper Cameron Valve Facility, Houston Hobby Airport, Texas Full Architectural and Engineering design for a new facility for the Valve division of Cooper Cameron. The facility is equiped with overhead crane, two Jip Cranes, cleaning pits and drainage system for the cleaning and conditioning of the valves.

Conoco Helipad
Houston, Texas
Preliminary design for a new Helipad at the company headquarters. The design was in accordance with FAA and local regulations.

Conoco Chemical Storage Building
Houston, Texas
Provided architectural design for a new chemical building in support of the Conoco HQ.

Conoco Freezer Floor Design
Provided architectural design for the renovation of the existing freezer at HQ cafeteria.

Education/Institution Projects

DePelchin Children Center, Building 16
Provided property condition assessment for 20,000-square foot building, and full renovation design for space utilization, new HVAC systems, new roof system, pavement, parking lots and new elevators.

Trinity Church Site Drainage
Redesigned the existing parking lot surface drainage system and provided a new underground drainage system.

Conroe Baptist Church
Designed additional parking areas to be used by youth and elders groups.

Quail Valley Church
Provided schematics and design services for a new sanctuary, with additional parking lots and drainage studies. The new building is planned to support a congregation of approximately 2,500.

Royal Christian Academy
Provided design services for a new school, including parking lots and drainage studies.

Provided full design services for a new office building. The building is approximately 10,000-square feet and supports several offices and warehouse areas.
